Image to 3D world generator: photos to Gaussian splats with Atlas and Marble
Upload one photo, a handful of sparse views, or a panorama and get back a navigable 3D scene you can orbit in the browser and export to game engines. Generation on this site runs on the Marble World API today and will switch to Atlas when World Labs opens its API.
Estimated cost
…
How it works
- Upload 1–4 photos of the same space (JPEG/PNG, up to 20 MB each) or a single 360° panorama.
- Optionally add a short text prompt to steer style or fill in unseen areas.
- The world model reconstructs geometry and appearance as a Gaussian splat scene; drafts take a few minutes.
- Preview the world in the built-in splat viewer, then export .spz/.ply splats or a GLB mesh.
Input requirements
- Well-lit photos with overlapping views reconstruct best; avoid heavy motion blur and mirrors.
- Panoramas should be equirectangular 2:1 images.
- Each image is uploaded directly to encrypted storage and deleted after 30 days unless you save the world.
Output formats
- Gaussian splat (.spz, .ply)
- Textured mesh (.glb) — Pro plan and above
- Equirectangular panorama (.jpg)
- Short fly-through video (.mp4)

Pricing
Generation is credit-based. World Labs sells credits at $1 for 1,250 credits, and a Marble 1.1 world costs 1,500 credits, about $1.20 (as of 2026-09-03); PLY splat export is free. This site's plans start at $19/month. Full breakdown on the pricing page.
Example worlds
Sample worlds generated through the Marble World API will be added here as the gallery grows. In the meantime, browse World Labs' public Marble gallery for reference and open any exported splat in the viewer above.

Frequently asked questions
How many photos do I need for a 3D world?
A single image works for a stylised world; two to four overlapping photos give a more faithful reconstruction of a real space.
Does it output Gaussian splats or meshes?
Both. Splats are the native output and look best; a GLB mesh export is available for engines and DCC tools that do not support splats.
Is this the official Atlas tool?
No. This is an independent site. Generation currently runs on the public Marble World API and will use Atlas once World Labs opens API access.
When will the tool be available?
Image-to-3D generation launches on this site in Phase 2, after the API integration is complete. Join the waitlist to be notified.
What does a generation cost?
Pricing is credit-based. See the pricing page for the current per-world cost of drafts, HQ worlds and mesh exports with sources.
