Image to 3D world generator: photos to Gaussian splats

Upload one photo, up to four sparse views, or a panorama and get back a navigable 3D scene you can orbit in the browser and download as a Gaussian splat. How it works

  1. Upload one to four photos of the same space (JPEG, PNG or WebP, up to 20 MB each) or a single 360° panorama.
  2. Optionally add a short text prompt to steer style or fill in unseen areas.
  3. The world model reconstructs geometry and appearance as a Gaussian splat scene; a draft world took about 35 seconds in our own test on September 29, 2026.
  4. Preview the world in the built-in splat viewer, then download the .spz splat.

Input requirements

  • Well-lit photos with overlapping views reconstruct best; avoid heavy motion blur and mirrors.
  • Panoramas should be equirectangular 2:1 images.
  • Files upload from your browser straight to World Labs through a signed link; they do not pass through this site’s servers.

Output formats

  • Gaussian splat (.spz), shown in the in-browser viewer and downloadable
  • PLY splat and GLB mesh exports: not in the tool yet

Every world opens in the in-browser viewer and downloads as .spz; .spz and .ply files also open in the free Gaussian splat viewer.

Pricing

Generation is credit-based. World Labs sells credits at $1 for 1,250 credits, a Marble 1.1 world costs 1,500 credits, about $1.20, and a draft world 150 credits, about $0.12 (as of 2026-09-13); PLY splat export is free. On this site you get 280 free credits at sign-up, enough for one draft world, then a one-time pack of 8,000 credits for $19.90, with no subscription. Full breakdown on the pricing page.

Frequently asked questions

How many photos do I need for a 3D world?

A single image works for a stylised world; two to four overlapping photos give a more faithful reconstruction of a real space.

Does it output Gaussian splats or meshes?

The tool delivers a Gaussian splat (.spz), the native output, which you can view in the browser and download. PLY and GLB mesh exports are not in the tool yet; the Marble World API offers them if you call it directly.

Is this the official Atlas tool?

No. This is an independent site. Generation runs on the public Marble World API from World Labs. Atlas has no public API, so it is not used here.

Is the tool available now?

Yes. Sign in with Google or email, and a new account gets 280 free credits once, enough for one draft world. After that, a one-time pack of 8,000 credits costs $19.90.

What does a generation cost?
