Terms of service — Atlas World Model

1. About these terms

These terms govern your use of atlasworldmodel.com (the “site”), operated independently and not affiliated with World Labs. By using the site you agree to them.

2. Content

Editorial content is provided for information only. We take care to source and date every fact, but specifications, prices and availability of Atlas, Marble and competing models change frequently and may be inaccurate. Verify with the vendor before relying on them.

3. Free tools

The Gaussian splat viewer runs entirely in your browser and is provided “as is”. You are responsible for the files you open.

4. Hosted generation (when available)

When world-generation tools launch, additional plan terms will apply, including: credits are non-refundable once a generation starts; generated worlds are yours to use subject to the upstream provider’s licence; you must own or have rights to any images or video you upload; and you may not upload unlawful, infringing or explicit material.

5. Accounts and payments

Accounts and subscriptions will be handled through Stripe. Prices are shown before purchase. You can cancel a subscription at any time from the billing portal; access continues to the end of the paid period.

6. Acceptable use

Do not scrape the site at abusive rates, attempt to bypass rate limits or anti-spam measures, or use the tools to build a competing generation service by proxying our API.

7. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the site is provided without warranties and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from its use.

8. Changes and contact
