1. About these terms

These terms govern your use of atlasworldmodel.com (the “site”), operated independently and not affiliated with World Labs. By using the site you agree to them.

2. Content

Editorial content is provided for information only. We take care to source and date every fact, but specifications, prices and availability of Atlas, Marble and competing models change frequently and may be inaccurate. Verify with the vendor before relying on them.

3. Free tools

The Gaussian splat viewer runs entirely in your browser and is provided “as is”. You are responsible for the files you open.

4. Hosted generation

World generation on the site uses credits. Starting a generation holds its estimated cost from your balance; when the world finishes you are charged the cost the upstream provider actually billed and the rest of the hold is returned, and if the generation fails the whole hold is returned. Credits spent on a completed generation are not returned. Generated worlds are yours to use subject to the upstream provider’s licence. You must own or have rights to any images or video you upload, and you may not upload unlawful, infringing or explicit material.

5. Credits, payments and refunds

• Free credits. New accounts receive a one-time allowance of free credits. They have no cash value and cannot be refunded or transferred.
• Credit packs. Credits are sold as one-time packs, paid through Stripe; there is no subscription and nothing renews. The price is shown before you pay. Purchased credits do not expire.
• Refunds. Within 7 days of buying a pack you can ask for a refund of that pack’s unused credits by emailing hello@atlasworldmodel.com from the address on your account. Credits are used in this order: free credits first, then packs from oldest to newest. We refund the unused share of what you paid for the pack, for example half the price if half of its credits are unused, to the original payment method, and remove those credits from your balance. Credits already spent on completed generations are not refundable, and after 7 days packs are not refundable except where the law requires it.

6. Acceptable use

Do not scrape the site at abusive rates, attempt to bypass rate limits or anti-spam measures, or use the tools to build a competing generation service by proxying our API.

7. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the site is provided without warranties and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from its use.

8. Changes and contact
