Who we are

atlasworldmodel.com (“we”, “the site”) is an independent website about World Labs’ Atlas and Marble world models. We are not affiliated with World Labs. Contact: hello@atlasworldmodel.com.

What we collect

• Waitlist signups. Your email address, the page you signed up from, any UTM parameters in the URL, and a confirmation timestamp. We use this only to email you about Atlas access, this site’s tools and major updates. Every email includes an unsubscribe link.
• Analytics. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics (cookie-free) and Google Analytics 4 with IP anonymisation to understand which pages are useful. GA4 sets cookies; you can block them in your browser without losing any functionality.
• Anti-spam. Forms are protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which may process your IP address and browser signals to distinguish humans from bots.
• Server logs. Cloudflare, our hosting provider, keeps short-lived request logs (IP address, user agent, URL) for security and debugging.
• Uploaded files (future tool). When the world generator launches, images or videos you upload are stored encrypted in Cloudflare R2, sent to the upstream provider (World Labs) solely to generate your world, and deleted after 30 days unless you save the world to your account. The splat viewer never uploads files; it runs entirely in your browser.

Legal basis and retention

We process waitlist data on the basis of your consent (double opt-in) and analytics on the basis of legitimate interest. Waitlist records are kept until you unsubscribe. Analytics data is retained for 14 months.

Third parties

Cloudflare (hosting, analytics, Turnstile, storage, email delivery via Cloudflare Email Service), Google (Analytics), Stripe (payments, future), World Labs (generation API, future). We do not sell personal data.

Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time by emailing hello@atlasworldmodel.com. EU/UK residents may also lodge a complaint with their supervisory authority.

Changes

We will update the effective date above when this policy changes and note material changes in the changelog.
